Aymie Alexandra

It is hard to imagine a life without Aymie being by my side not only as a dear friend but as both counsel and coach. To be able to trust someone with your life and share the most raw unfiltered parts of yourself is so incredibly precious and I am eternally grateful to have found that in Aymie. I signed up for the She Shifts sessions and Aymie's sessions have been inspiring, soul filling, motivating, and full of love and curiosity to dive deeper and uncover what is truly holding me back from fully expressing myself. I leave each session lighter and with more awareness and understanding. Aymie is empathetic, honest, raw, magical, doesn't hold back, and truly genuinely wants the best for you and your growth as a human in your lifes journey. I am absolutely looking forward to continuing my sessions with her for the foreseeable future. If you have not chatted with Aymie yet, set up a session. I honestly can't recommend Aymie enough. Having Aymie as my coach is easily one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I started working with her in September and started with 12 weeks of sessions. We dug right into my past and into traumas I had repressed for so long they were really starting to harm me as well as my attachment style in relationships. After the 12 weeks, I decided to commit to a full year which I am certain will just continue to extend because I am finally doing the work and starting to heal. Aymie is compassionate, empathetic and gives so much insight and perspective into situations I have so desperately needed. She checks in regularly between weekly calls and pushes me to be the best version of me that I can be. I know if I’m really struggling and need someone to just vent to with no response necessary, Aymie is just a voice memo away. I couldn’t love our weekly calls more, and the person I am becoming is so much stronger and more resilient than the person I was when I started working with Aymie. She tries to understand every scenario and gives tough love when needed, but can be equally as soft when warranted. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Aymie is the embodiment of intuitive guidance. She has helped  me and so many others we work within their realms of comfort to focus in on what makes them them while encouraging us gently to move forward into greater mastery. She shares experience but somehow creates relatability even in an audience with so many differences. She encourages me every day not to just be better but to be exactly who I am, in a pure unapologetic way. Forever grateful to have connected as I know many others will attest to -TM
